1-Application of the general conditions of sale
These conditions apply to the sale of products by the online store on the Boutique Jolie Maman ® site,
which is accessible over the Internet, and made available to the buyer on the website. Consequently,
the act of ordering implies the buyer’s full and unqualified acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
Customers who send us an order receive a copy of their order at the e-mail address they have provided, but
this is not considered to be a condition of acceptance.
2-Validation
Before placing your order, you must declare that you have read and accepted these General Conditions
of Sale. By validating your order, you accept these General Conditions of Sale.
3-Protection of personal data
Boutique Jolie Maman ® handles all personal data with complete confidentiality.
The information contained in our files is limited to the data that is necessary to serve our
customers with the strictest respect for the rules of ethics.
To process your order, we reserve the right to use the information that you have provided in
order to verify the accuracy of your mailing address.

The images, text, logos, icons and graphics on this site are the exclusive property of Boutique Jolie Maman ®,
with the exception of trademarks and logos belonging to other companies.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, retransmission or publication of these elements
is strictly prohibited without the express written approval of Boutique Jolie Maman ®.

6-Prices
The prices indicated in our catalogue include all applicable taxes. These prices are generally
valid for the full period of the collection, but they may vary due to extraordinary events
beyond our control. However, we honor the price posted at the time of order.
7-Delivery and transport
Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer on the purchase order. Non-bulky
products are shipped via the postal service, and you have the option of picking up your order
at your local post office if you do not have a valid delivery address.
For our customers outside of Switzerland, the customer is responsible for paying customs duties. This is in full compliance with Swiss law, and it is the foreign buyer’s responsibility to comply with the import regulations in effect in their own country.
We are not responsible for any products that violate the laws of the country to which they are shipped.
Allow at least 2-10 days for delivery, depending on the destination country.
Ordered items are sent, upon receipt of bank payment, Monday through Friday to the shipping
address you provide when placing an order.
Problems with the delivery carrier
All shipping problems (damage, missing invoiced items, damaged packaging, broken
products, etc.) must be reported on the delivery slip in the form of "handwritten reserves",
accompanied by the customer’s signature. The customer must also notify the carrier of the problem
within two (2) business days of the delivery date, by registered return receipt mail. The customer
must fax or mail a copy of this letter to:

Note: Boutique Jolie Mamandoes not ship to post office boxes.
8-Product availability
If any ordered items are no longer in stock and cannot be shipped within 5 days of your
order, we will notify you by e-mail. In this situation, as long as the product has not been
shipped, you can cancel your order. We will not be held responsible for shipping delays.
9-Method of payment
To pay for the order, the customer may choose any payment method listed on the purchase order.

By validating the purchase order, the customer assures Boutique Jolie Maman ® that they have the
appropriate authorization to use the method of payment they have selected. Boutique Jolie Maman ®
reserves the right to suspend order processing and delivery in the event of declined authorization
for a bank card payment through an officially accredited organization or in the event of
non-payment. In particular, Boutique Jolie Maman ® reserves the right to refuse shipment or
payment for an order coming from a customer who has not fully paid for a previous order or
with whom there is an active dispute regarding payment. Boutique Jolie Maman ® has established an
order verification procedure designed to ensure that no one uses another person’s bank account
information without that person’s knowledge. As part of this verification, the customer will
be asked to fax Boutique Jolie Maman ® a copy of their ID card and proof of residence. The order
will only be valid upon our receipt and verification of the sent items.
9 bis-Security of SSL transactions
Credit card payments are processed through Telekurs,
who guarantee SSL security. They request authorization of the card payment to authorize the transaction.
Transactions carried out between you and Telekurs are encrypted (SSL).
The bank information you provide is encrypted on your own computer and is never circulated in plain text over
the Internet. Because of this, it is perfectly secure.
The merchant does not store any bank card numbers.
10-Satisfaction guarantee – no obligation to purchase
You have 7 days from the date you receive your merchandise to return the product if you
are not satisfied with your order. You are responsible for paying the costs associated
with shipping and returning the product.
If you have already paid for the returned product(s), only the price of the product(s)
will be refunded to you. This right to return applies only to complete products in their
original packaging, in good condition and accompanied by the delivery slip. Incomplete,
damaged, or soiled products cannot be returned.
When shipping a package, keep the receipt issued to you by the post office. In the event
that your package is lost, we will need you to provide this receipt so that we can continue
to process your return.
For sanitary reasons, lingerie cannot be returned. If you are unsure about the size of a
slip or thong, please contact Boutique Jolie Maman ® by e-mail. For bras, please refer to
the size chart, or send us an e-mail if you still have questions.
