7-Delivery and transport
Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer on the purchase order. Non-bulky
products are shipped via the postal service, and you have the option of picking up your order
at your local post office if you do not have a valid delivery address.
For our customers outside of Switzerland, the customer is responsible for paying customs duties. This is in full compliance with Swiss law, and it is the foreign buyer’s responsibility to comply with the import regulations in effect in their own country.
We are not responsible for any products that violate the laws of the country to which they are shipped.
Allow at least 2-10 days for delivery, depending on the destination country.
Ordered items are sent, upon receipt of bank payment, Monday through Friday to the shipping
address you provide when placing an order.
Problems with the delivery carrier
All shipping problems (damage, missing invoiced items, damaged packaging, broken
products, etc.) must be reported on the delivery slip in the form of "handwritten reserves",
accompanied by the customer’s signature. The customer must also notify the carrier of the problem
within two (2) business days of the delivery date, by registered return receipt mail. The customer
must fax or mail a copy of this letter to:

Switzerland and Liechtenstein: flat rate of CHF 6. --
Other countries: varies by weight and destination country
The total amount indicated on the purchase order includes these costs.
Note: Boutique Jolie Mamandoes not ship to post office boxes.
8-Product availability
If any ordered items are no longer in stock and cannot be shipped within 5 days of your
order, we will notify you by e-mail. In this situation, as long as the product has not been
shipped, you can cancel your order. We will not be held responsible for shipping delays.
10-Satisfaction guarantee – no obligation to purchase
You have 7 days from the date you receive your merchandise to return the product if you
are not satisfied with your order. You are responsible for paying the costs associated
with shipping and returning the product.
If you have already paid for the returned product(s), only the price of the product(s)
will be refunded to you. This right to return applies only to complete products in their
original packaging, in good condition and accompanied by the delivery slip. Incomplete,
damaged, or soiled products cannot be returned.
When shipping a package, keep the receipt issued to you by the post office. In the event
that your package is lost, we will need you to provide this receipt so that we can continue
to process your return.
For sanitary reasons, lingerie cannot be returned. If you are unsure about the size of a
slip or thong, please contact Boutique Jolie Maman ® by e-mail. For bras, please refer to
